Connecting with your true self, your soul, you will start to remember who you truly are in your heart and feelings and patterns of behaviour that are no longer serving you will fall away, leaving you feeling more connected with your true soul purpose. Life will start to flow more smoothly, you will feel more motivated, and you can then start to realise your full potential and reach any goal that you set your mind to working towards. Soul plan is based on the sound vibration of your birth name, the name which was put out in to the universe and has shaped your life more than you may realise. It is a new interpretation of an ancient system of life purpose analysis and has its roots in ancient texts such as the Sefer Yetzirah. It also includes a system of gematria channelled by Dr. Frank Alper but the present format of Soul plan has been updated by Hay House author Blue Marsden who taught Lou this method What happens in a soul plan session? Prior to your appointment, Lou will calculate your soul plan, and email a copy of your soul plan to you prior to your appointment. During your appointment which lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, Lou will create a sacred space for you to work in by working through a short meditation with you. She will then explain the history of Soul plan and how it is laid out. Lou will then take you through your Soul plan, explaining it in more detail and answering any of your questions. At the end of the session Lou will, if you should be agreeable, perform a brief healing exercise with you, named Grace clearing. Your session will then come to a close.
