Cancellation Policy

If you have purchased a one off service you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel the scheduled appointment more than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations after this time will not be refunded. Re-scheduling of appointments is permitted up to 48 hours before original scheduled appointment time without the loss of funds. If you have purchased a package (program) and wish to cancel it before your first session, within 48 hours of the first appointment you are entitled to a full refund. However, once a program has been started no refunds are available. Where the refund, request is accepted, we will issue a refund in a timely manner. When issuing a refund, if the item was purchased using a particular payment method you will be refunded using the same payment method in reverse. Please allow 10 business days for the funds to be transferred.
